Arty and Farty

Came across from Pinterest a wide range of crafts for young children. It's so interesting and fun! We started off with hand, brush and sponge painting. This activity has given him the opportunity to make choices and control over what colour and method to be used for painting. Xavier was so focus, he did pause for a few times to ask me questions when he had doubts but I could tell that he was quite confident about what to do.  He enjoys alot and was happy with his artwork.

Following that, we try out the simplest crafts using paper plates, my left over scrapbooking papers and paint. Xavier loves animals so we started off with cow, lion, tiger and ladybug. (he requested for it). Since, it is the festive seasons, I did propose to do a gingerbread man and christmas tree.. Guess what's his reply? Mummy, they are not animals... only animals can hang here! LOL!

End the post with a picture of a self man art wall in his room. His artwork definitely deserves a special display. He feels so proud of his art works and he talks about his animals almost everyday..
