We are back to Singapore

16 May 

 Landed safely in Singapore around 11:30pm

first time taking Korean Airline... the service, food and seats were good! 

Xavier did a great job on the plane too, even a passenger behind us was praising him :)

The first flight was from Dallas to Seoul, took about 14 hours

For the first 7 hours, he was watching the kids movies from the in flight entertainment and playing with the complementary kid pack

after dinner, he knocked out until we landed at Seoul 

shiok for us...LOL

We reached Seoul and have only 1 hour of layover time

Rushing off to DFS to buy the facial products

** no pic of us becos we are looking super cui after the long flight

The 2nd flight was from Seoul to SG, took about 6hours, he slept for half the flight!

Once we touch down in SG! Still can look so smiley... 

Feel so happy to be back Home! 

17 May 

The next day, Xavier was down with a stomach flu.. threw up whatever he took 
milk, porridge and even water
Brought him to the pd and was given an anti-vomit medicine...and it stop after the 2nd dosage.. God Bless that he's all well now!

One Last Get Together

Of course, we had to have one last get together before the day I returned to Singapore and I am really glad we did! The food, company, laughs and gossips were wonderful. I am really going to miss these people!

Last Day of School

14 May

Today was Xavier last day of preschool
It was sad and I tried to hold back my tears as we bid farewell to his teachers
Preschool has been so great for both of us. It helped him grow and develop into the smart little boy he is and it gave me a few hours of free time 3 days a week! As I look back on the past 2 years I can say I have not regretted sending him to school
He has built friendships and has learned so much so much more than I would have ever imagined in such a short time.

Thank you so much to the loving and caring teachers that has helped Xavier along the way!

 Yesterday was such a beautiful day, took Xavier to the North Lake Ranch Park to play on the playground. He had so much fun! 



 

 

 

 

 

 

All packed ready to go

The final countdown is coming quickly! 

Only 5 more days until we return to Singapore.

3/4 of our house is now officially in the 84 carton boxes and ready to be collected by the movers. The remaining 1/4 to be picked up by the furniture resaler. 

what's next? 

I must learn to adjust and scope with my emotions 

cos I hate uncertainty

I can't stand living in a state of flux, not knowing exactly what's going to happen next 

I know I'll get used to the things there once I get used to the lifestyle I has 24 months ago

I need to have faith and trust that GOD will continue to guide us one step at a time

Happy Teacher Appreciate Week

It is Teacher's Appreciation Week (6th - 8th)

and is time to send a little something each day to the dedicated and caring teachers

to show them how much we appreciate them for taking care of our munchkins and helping their brains grow

Xavier's class teachers Mrs Jacquelina ,Ms Ceidi, relief teacher Ms Dava and Principal Ms Pam are indeed lovely and wonderful teachers!
