Just received Hubby's call awhile ago, he & Eric brought the VIPs to Allen for shopping! Later, they would be bringing them for dinner @ Hooters before coming home! Tomorrow, the VIP will be leaving so hubby have to wake up at 6am and to reach the airport by 7am.
After sending them off, Hubby most probably have to report back to work. Still not sure whether will he be given a half day off on Wednesday. So, I have to prepare his packed lunch for tomorrow just in case. His lunch will be Japanese Curry with pasta. This is the first time i cooked with pasta. Surprisingly, it tasted better than rice. I think is the veggie pasta I used... it just tasted sweeter. The Wacky pasta is available at Tom Thumb, bought it @ $0.70 after coupon.
I wanted to cook some dishes with the leftover sweet potatoes in the fridge before it gone bad. So, started browsing others' cooking blog and managed to find a simple dessert - Sweet potatoes soup.
