After the accident on 18 August 2009, our car is finally ready for collection. Life without car is so so miserable. Hubby went to collect it on the way back home after work. He reached home at around 5.30pm but got to leave home again by 6pm to pick up his new gadget at Galleria.
Guess what he bought this time? Is the latest model of 3rd generation IPOD touch. What to do? Guy always in love with gadgets! Hubby have been wanting to get this many months ago but the price was really on the high side ($300 plus before tax). He has been monitoring since then! Finally, he saw a good deal at ebay... selling at $250 completely new still in the box.. current selling price is $295 before tax. Hubby asked for my opinion and I gave him the "green light" to purchase it. HAHA! Hubby knew I don't like him to spend too much on all this gadgets.
By 8pm, dinner was ready but Hubby and yy still doing their gym at Vista Point. I waited for hubby to have dinner together. Tonight's dinner was hubby favourite Hainanese Chicken Rice. This time, I did not use any ready pack paste... i did it from scarp! The chicken was super tender and tasted great. However would need further improvement for the rice... a little too blend. We only managed to finish half chicken.. save the rest for tmr's lunch!
After dinner, hubby went to the garage to settle his car. He polished up the blurred headlight, vacuum and hang a new air freshener. Now it smell really great! Since the weather is so nice, we decided to take a stroll as well as to open the mail box. Got my Disney world map... they were extremely cute.. with all the cartoons characters! Can't bare to use them... LOL!
