Is time for buddy to take more lumpy food. So, I started off stirring tiny soft lumps of star or shells pasta into his favourite purees. From there I will gradually increase it's texture and lumpiness of his food.
Pasta – is a good source of complex carbohydrates which help to provide children
with energy. It has a low-to medium GI which means it’s absorbed quite
slowly, helping to keep blood sugar levels stable. It's tasty and nutritious, easy, quick and economical to cook, and even better,
comes in lots of fun shapes!
