Came across the recipe for Mee Siam
Just realised there were Singapore & Malaysian Style
Singapore style: has gravy & a combination of sweet, sour, spicy and made with fermented yellow bean
Malaysian style: dried and spicy
In the end, we chose Singapore style. Started preparing the ingredients at 4pm. As this was my first attempt cooking this dish, it took me quite a while to get the taste rite!!! It came out not-so-bad but definitely need further improvements!!!!
To put an end to a perfect meal, we had Mango jelly dessert. It was so refreshing!!!! Hubby had 3 of them....now then I know hubby loves jelly so much!!!!
When hubby was back from work, he told me a not-so-bad news. He was ask to change to morning shift for this whole week... It was kinda last minute decision lor! But I was happy... cos i prefer him to work in the morning....
