I have never cook western food in my life. This is my first attempt after taking references from My Wok Life (link here). It turned out unexpectedly tasty!
You all must be wandering... Wat's the occasion rite???? Today was just a normal day... no special occasion at all .. just wanted to prepare something impressive than usual....
Main with 2 side dishes
*Roasted Garlic herb chicken chop with stir-fry ketchup rice
*cold dish - veggie pasta with ham and shrimp with blue cheese sauce
*Sauteed red potatoes with black pepper & Roasted Garlic herb
Very fulfilling dinner!
