6 June 2015 - A visit to Hay Dairies Goat's Farm
I've seen other's comments so we decided to bring Xavier to visit the farm.
We reached there at about 10am halfway through the milking process, it was interesting to see how quickly the groups of goats were rotated for the milking.
After the milking session, we walked through the farm. The farm is pretty small in size. we took less than 30mins to finish exploring the farm.
Xavier loves watching the goats and their kid lazing around in the barn and drinking water.
After the walk round, we bought some fresh goat's milk to drink. Xavier loves it and had one bottle (200ml) all by himself.
Next, we paired it with a visit to another nearby farm, Jurong Frog Farm. Witnessing a breading pond full of tadpoles and American Bull frogs... Yes it is super gross but very interesting.
It is definitely a very interesting and educational trip to the west... hope to explore other farms next time.
