Internet is down for the past 2 days.... (lessons learn don’t ever tap from others ha ha ha) ... cannot update my blog and log into MSN...

We went shopping for groceries in the morning with his friend, bought fresh chicken wings, fish fillet and vegetables...the things there are really fresh. We happened to walk pass the sauce compartment and manage to find Lee Kum Kee Oyster sauce... they are selling only USD 99 cents for the big bottle... without thinking I grab 3 bottles.... ha ha ha ... it definitely helps in my cooking..
In the evening, we went out with his whole group of friends to have buffet at a Japanese restaurant (about 30 mins drive from our apartment)..... the sashimis were very fresh... and there were large varieties of sushi... but are expensive loh... USD 37 per person... but no regrets....

Meeting his colleague, Leo @ 8am at our apartment, he bringing us out to apply for our internet service and bank account.
We also took our driving theory test .... guess what.... Kelvin passed without even studying the handbook loh ... thumb’s up for him..... now he is allowed to drive but needs someone experience to sit beside him... for me..... I FAILED.... So sad... I scored 18/30 questions... another 3 question I would have pass Liao.... luck is not with me.....

Today is Kelvin 1st day of work.... He woke at 845am to prepare... while I get ready his breakfast (bread and cereal)... His colleague pick him up @ 945am.
I don’t think I will be going out today.... the internet people will be coming to my place to set up the internet thingy at 11am – 2pm... Until now 1pm liao.... still have not come yet.... haiz....
Finally, they came at 2:15pm but they did not bring the router... stupid rite... so they have to go back to their warehouse to collect one.... and I have to wait for them to come back at 3pm
Dun feel like having lunch... so have some strawberries and salad..... nice....

Life In Texas
After 22 Hours of flight ...... finally reached Dallas at 4.30pm...Hubby's colleagues came and brought us to our apartment at 'The Submit" .... The one bedroom apartment comes with a fireplace in the living room and a Garage.... Sound create ya!!! I will try to attach some photos in my next blog.......
After a while, all of us make our way to a nearby vietnamese resturant for our dinner .... We ordered a combination fried rice and a beef flat noodle... it costs us USD 15 = S$ 21 (so expensive).... After that, we went to the 24-hrs WALMART to buy some groceries (bread, ham, mineral water, milk, cereal, biscuit, chips and frozen packed food etc..) total USD 39.27......
By the time we finished shopping is already 9-10plus already... both of us are so tired, we knock off @ 11pm.....
After a while, all of us make our way to a nearby vietnamese resturant for our dinner .... We ordered a combination fried rice and a beef flat noodle... it costs us USD 15 = S$ 21 (so expensive).... Great Singapore Sales starts today
Today is the 1st day of GSS, went tampines mall with sis and mum...... almost all shops are having discount at least 20% or more.....
Happen to pass by Mphosis.... OMG ... they are having 50% discount..... me and sis can't resist the temptation so quickly went to take a look..... We tried a few tops but in the end both of us leave the shop empty handed..... ha ha ha ...
Chomel also having 20% off.... found a pair of very nice earing S$19.00 only (before discount) ..... but too bad they don't have a new piece....
In the end, we had our lunch at century square and make our way home ......... haiz

My New Hairstyle
Can't stand my curly hairstyle anymore...... is always so messy and it makes me look so old... Decided to do something about my hair...
Decided to do rebonding ... so make a trip to JB Holiday Inn... They charge me S$100 for cut, rebond and treatment.... I think is quite reasonable....
So happy got a new hairstyle....

Part 2 - Important decision in my Life
Got my house rented out to a young Japanese guy. Really hope that he can take good care of my house. As for our car, will be lending it to my hubby’s friend. Finally, settle all the major issues liao….. *So Happy*
Haiz….. can’t believe that I will be leaving in another 4 days (Departing on 24 May 2008, 5am). I just felt a sudden sadness.... I will definitely miss all of you..... Remember to keep me posted okie....
Especially to my 2 best friends:
Jasmine: Thanks for setting up the blog for me, is really lovely... as promised i will regularly update it and will not waste your effort....Most importantly, must remember to inform me once you got a BF okie..... Must get Jocelyn to access first hor.....
Jocelyn: Time really flies, we have known each other for about 5 years. Really miss those maplewoods days.... Must really take good care yourself hor.... God Bless

Part 1 - Important decision in my Life
My hubby is being posted to US, Texas for 2 years... I will be going with him... Another 8 days ...... to our departure......
At first when hubby told me that he is being posted to US, I was very reluctant to join him (*he was sad but he respected my decision*). In order to join him, I have to resign from my job, which I feel that is not worth it. However, after many months of consideration, I decided to go…..
After a long chat with Hubby, I realized that I cannot be so selfish to let him go alone…. Both of us treasure marriage relationship than anything else…** really can’t imagine how our lives will be like, if we are apart**
After the decision has been made, we started to discuss on our housing and car issues. Haiz…… Don’t know what to with them when we are not around. Rent? Sell? We are really in a dilemma.
